2008 Pampered Pets Calendar
This fundraising project provides extra needed income to help keep the doors open on the low-cost spay/neuter clinic run by Friends. Doing surgery every Tuesday by appointment only, this organization, a non-profit charity, has performed over 7000 surgeries, saving/preventing literally millions of lives.

Needs List

Do you have extra or old bath towels around your house that you can give up?  We can really use some at the clinic. We go through so many each Tuesday and we're now running low! We only need bath towels, not wash cloths or hand towels. You can bring them by the clinic on any Tuesday or they can be dropped off at Bluebonnet Emporium any day of the week. More needs:

• Rubbing alcohol
• Paper towels
• Garbage bags: 39 gallon only
• Laundry detergent
• Rubber gloves – thin latex
• Bleach
• Q-tips – no generic brand please
• Sharpie fine point markers in black
• Cases of bottled water or soft drinks

They may be brought by the clinic (in the SE corner of highways 198 and 334) any Tuesday between 6 AM - 6 PM
or
dropped off at Bluebonnet Emporium in Gun Barrel City any day.

Grants

The clinic has been the recipient of several grants from animal organizations such as: DJ&T Foundation, Summerlee Foundation, and Wal-Mart Foundation, which underwrites the cost of surgeries for pet owners who otherwise could not afford to have their animals altered.
