2006 DOG FEST |
| The 2nd Annual DOG FEST was held in September at the pavilion in Mabank. Chaired by Tamara Rhodes and Joan Guertin, this event raised money for Friends of the Animals Spay/Neuter Clinic - but mostly it provided a fun morning for dog lovers as they competed in contests such as Best Costume, Smallest Dog, Largest Dog and others. A professional dog trainer was on hand to offer advice on basic training, a professional photographer was doing doggie photos, microchipping was being offered - and combined with food, great silent auction items and much, much more - well, it was a very fun day. |
